Working as a Turnkey Solution Provider, we can manage all aspects of an office start up, including data, voice, and office fit out, allowing clients to focus on establishing their business without the strain of technology and vendor management.

We offer a wide range of Service Level Agreements with customisable support solutions based on clients' support needs. Regardless of the size of the client business, we offer the same level of service. Every client is assigned a dedicated Account Manager and with our team approach to support, from Network Design and Project Management through to on-site engineering, we have an extensive list of qualifications and experience across many platforms.


Role responsibilities



  • Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support and plan, co-ordinate and deliver on IT projects for all of clients, particularly those within the small to medium sized business practice.

  • Provide technical training (when required) to client user groups.

  • Researching new technologies.

  • Act as a point of contact on complex technical matters for other Engineers within our Engineering Team.

  • At least five years IT industry experience, including at least three years in a server support environment.

  • Possesses a background in consulting OR is experienced in liaising and advising a small to medium sized internal client group across multiple sites.

  • Possesses a good standard of education and relevant qualifications, such as an MCSE, CCNA, etc.

  • A background from banking or financial services sector preferred but not essential.

  • Has a broad technical knowledge base, which is tested via technical assessments during the recruitment process

  • Be proficient in both written and spoken English.

  • Preferred areas of expertise and interest:

    • TCP/IP

    • Network Topologies and complex routing

    • SQL server

    • Remote administration tools (PC Anywhere/Remote Desktop)

    • Windows 7 and 8 Desktop

    • Apple OSX and iOS Devices

    • Office 2007/2010/2013

    • Windows 2003 and 2008 Server basic administration

    • Exchange server 2007 and 2010 basic administration

    • Tape and Internet Backup Utilities

    • LAN Hardware

    • PC Hardware, Peripherals and Server Hardware

    • Blackberry and Smartphone Device Support

  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm to drive project results to client satisfaction

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

  • Good analytical skills and able to work under pressure

  • Must be able to take initiative and have a  strong sense of responsibility

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting

  • Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise work
